Alan and Colelyn Blakely

Alan Blakely Photography's unique cost and license sharing policy allows you to truly maximize your architectural photography budget with savings of up to 60% when you and other parties share in the cost of your photoshoot.

Rather than have the architect, builder, designer, etc. each pay separately to have a photographer shoot a specific project, we coordinate with all parties involved and create a shot list that serves everyone's unique requirements. This means that you typically receive a larger than normal portfolio of images of your project and save substantially in the meantime.

Here's the breakdown of our shared cost and license pricing:

2 Parties = Save 30% each
3 Parties = Save 40% each
4 Parties = Save 50% each
5 Parties = Save 55% each
6+ Parties = Save 60% each

Each party involved in cost sharing receives a non-transferable license to use the photographs for their own marketing and advertising without any additional usage fees––ever.

Cost sharing is only available by contractual agreement prior to the photoshoot. Upon completion of the photoshoot each party is invoiced individually and receives a download link for the photographs when payment is received. After the photoshoot has been completed our customary image licensing rates apply.
